Report Child Sexual Abuse
In Cyprus you are required to act in accordance with the Prevention and Combating of Sexual Abuse, Sexual Exploitation of Children, and Child Pornography Law of 2014 (91(I)/2014).
Reporting is a legal obligation for the individual to whom the child discloses the abuse or who has reasonable suspicions.
The individual must immediately notify the Special Investigative Team of the Police by phone at 22808442, or contact the Criminal Investigation Department (TAE) on weekends, public holidays, or in cases deemed extremely urgent outside working hours.
